March 1, 2007 was the launch date of an exciting new feature on the Mighty CKCU, 93.1 FM, Ottawa, Canada campus and community radio.
Spaces, Places and Faces is brought to you by students of the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at Carleton University. This week’s show includes features on scenario planning and how experts forecast and plan for the future; alternative beef production in eastern Ontario; and how the City of Ottawa is encouraging its citizens to “Re-think Garbage”. This is rounded out by environmental news, a science note, and a few tunes. Click here to download the show.
