November 29, 2007: The Resilience Alliance

On this show we heard a feature by new contributor Allyson Quinlan about the work of the Resilience Alliance, which is an international group of researchers dedicated to studying resilience in socio-economic systems as the basis of sustainability. She spoke with two members of this group about how their work relates to climate policy while at their annual meeting in Corsica.

Then, SPF producer Paul Martin told us about the symposium hosted by 4th-year environmental studies students at Carleton on Tuesday this week. Unfortunately we didn’t record this live report!
